Tomáš Porupka brings 25 years of experience from international law firms and major investment firms specializing in Corporate/M&A and Real Estate across six continents. Tomáš holds a Ph.D. in Czech law, has a background in economics, and studied law in Spain.

Pavel Srb has 15 years of experience with international law firms in Corporate/M&A, Real Estate, and Banking & Finance, across various industry sectors in Czechia and the CEE region. Pavel is Czech law qualified. He also holds a master's degree (LL.M.) in German law.

Jiří Uhříček has 11 years of experience with major investment firms including one of the largest Czech banks in Corporate Governance/Compliance. Jiri is Czech law qualified.

Monika Feigerlová has 8 years of experience with international law firms and 12 years of practice in the field of litigation and international arbitration. Monika has a Master’s in International Dispute Settlement from the Graduate Institute of Geneva and University of Geneva. She also dedicates time to research within the Institute of State and Law, at the Centre for Climate Law and Sustainability Studies in Prague.

Veronika Porupková brings more than 15 years of experience gained at premier international and Czech law firms. Advising clients on energy law, complex public procurement matters and regulatory compliance, Veronika is licensed to practice law in the Czech Republic and holds an LL.M. from Ghent University.

Veronika Kupčíková brings 10 years of experience gained at premier international and Czech law firms and in public office. She focuses on regulatory and compliance matters and real estate. As the former mayor, she gained first-hand experience of public administration and regulatory decision-making. Veronika is Czech law qualified.

Ondřej brings more than 5 years of experience gained at premier international and local law firms and advises clients primarily on corporate/M&A, real estate, energy and regulatory matters. Ondřej is Czech law qualified.

Filip Novák, an alumnus of Palacký University Olomouc, has gained international experience through study programs in Finland and Austria. He focuses on transactional advisory work and regulatory matters. Filip previously competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and now serves as a junior coach.

Andrea graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in 2025. During her studies and subsequent legal practice, she gained experience in international law firms. She focuses primarily on corporate law, M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Markéta graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2026. During her studies, she gained diverse experience across various legal environments, including an international law firm, a notary office, and an in-house team. She also completed a study abroad program in Norway. Her practice focuses primarily on contractual matters, corporate law, and compliance.

Veronika graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University. During her studies, she also studied at Utrecht University and Macquarie University in Sydney, with a particular focus on law and technology and data protection. She gained substantial experience at a leading Czech law firm, where she worked primarily on insolvency and reorganisation matters and a broad range of disputes, including commercial and family-related matters. She currently focuses on contractual and corporate matters and M&A transactions, particularly in the technology sector.

Linda Lohnická gained deep experience as a legal assistant at a leading international law firm, supporting diverse teams across a range of practice areas. Linda ensures the efficient operation of our office through her strong organizational skills and expertise in both Czech and international legal environments.
