Tomáš Porupka brings 25 years of experience from international law firms and major investment firms specializing in Corporate/M&A and Real Estate across six continents. Tomáš holds a Ph.D. in Czech law, has a background in economics, and studied law in Spain.

Pavel Srb has 15 years of experience with international law firms in Corporate/M&A, Real Estate, and Banking & Finance, across various industry sectors in Czechia and the CEE region. Pavel is Czech law qualified. He also holds a master's degree (LL.M.) in German law.

Jiří Uhříček has 11 years of experience with major investment firms including one of the largest Czech banks in Corporate Governance/Compliance. Jiri is Czech law qualified.

Monika Feigerlová has 8 years of experience with international law firms and 12 years of practice in the field of litigation and international arbitration. Monika has a Master’s in International Dispute Settlement from the Graduate Institute of Geneva and University of Geneva. She also dedicates time to research within the Institute of State and Law, at the Centre for Climate Law and Sustainability Studies in Prague.

Veronika Porupková brings more than 15 years of experience gained at premier international and Czech law firms. Advising clients on energy law, complex public procurement matters and regulatory compliance, Veronika is licensed to practice law in the Czech Republic and holds an LL.M. from Ghent University.

Slavomír Halla brings extensive in-house counsel experience from the private investment sector, specializing in energy, healthcare, and public procurement. He holds a Ph.D. in private international law and remains actively engaged in academic research in private international law and international arbitration.

Andrea Haushalterová has been practicing law since 2021, concentrating on transactional work with a particular emphasis on M&A, real estate transactions, and related financing. She is qualified under Czech law and complemented her studies with additional legal training in Spain, adding a valuable international dimension to her practice.

Filip Novák, an alumnus of Palacký University Olomouc, has gained international experience through study programs in Finland and Austria. He focuses on transactional advisory work and regulatory matters. Filip previously competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and now serves as a junior coach.

Linda Lohnická gained deep experience as a legal assistant at a leading international law firm, supporting diverse teams across a range of practice areas. Linda ensures the efficient operation of our office through her strong organizational skills and expertise in both Czech and international legal environments.

Marcela graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2023 and is in her third year as a junior associate. She gained professional experience both in a law firm and in an in-house environment. Her practice focuses primarily on contractual agenda, compliance and regulatory, and transactional work.
